At Pakz Gaming, we take pride in how we ship your cards and custom gear. Every order is packed by gamers, for gamers, ensuring your items arrive in the condition promised.

Processing Times

TCG Singles: Shipped within 24–48 hours.
Sealed Product: Shipped within 1–2 business days.

Domestic (Canada)

We ship via Canada Post and major couriers from our Woodstock, Ontario HQ.

Lettermail (Untracked): Available for low-value singles at buyer's risk.
Tracked Shipping: Highly recommended for orders over $50.
Free Shipping: Available on orders over [Insert Amount, e.g., $150].

Packaging Standards

We don't mess around with protection. All singles are shipped in toploaders or semi-rigids, secured within a team bag, and placed in a bubble mailer or reinforced envelope to prevent bending and moisture damage.

International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada and the USA. International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes incurred upon entry into your country.

Lost or Damaged Items

If you chose Tracked Shipping and your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at pakzgaming@gmail.com within 48 hours so we can open a claim. We are not responsible for lost items sent via untracked Lettermail.
